Since 2004, GOGBOT has been unleashing a techno-dystopian fever dream across Enschede, the Netherlands—delivering a fearless, provocative, and mind-bending exploration of the digital world and its darkest corners. Nearly every aspect of the program is free to the public, created to challenge, entertain, and provoke.

GOGBOT is brought to life every year by PLANETART, an organization at the cutting edge of future culture. It unites global artists, activists, technologists, and thinkers to explore the boundaries of tomorrow's society through creative disruption. PLANETART's projects are a perfect fusion of spectacle and substance, where art and technology collide in explosive ways. PLANETART is also behind the TEC ART Festival in Rotterdam, and is supported by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, alongside the Province of Overijssel and Municipality of Enschede.
